Empties of the week 10 :)

Hello! Finally coming back with some empties! I have a huge pile to talk you through so let's get started!

I have finished four shower gels! Nivea Pure fresh was a really freshly scented one, loved it, and both me and my boyfriend loved to use it. The second one is Balea Melone and it was really special because of the colour of the gel, it was just as green as the colour at the front of the packaging, really really strong bright green. Loved the secnt too, perfect for summer. The last two shower gels are by L'Angelica Officinalis and they are both scented with lemon. I actually ended up using both of these as hand wash. I liked them but they just weren't what I was looking for. I wanted to get a shoer gel that really smelled like lemons, something like Lush's Lemony flutter.. fresh and juicy.

A random mix of empties. I have used up Femfresh intimate gel, it was ok, nothing special to say about it. Than I have used up a product by Afrodita Cosmetics and it's from their range Clean Phase, Cleansing gel. I liked it was so mild and gentle, but I find that it needed some help removing all my makeup and I did use it up quite fast. I don't think I will be repurchasing it as it simply didn't impress me much. It's a decent product for the money and it's really gentle, so maybe more for those of you who don't wear much makeup and don't have really really oily skin. The last two products are actually repurchases, Inell Lait Demaquillant Douceur/ cleansing milk for sensitive skin and L'Oreal Elseve Fibrology hair shampoo. Realy been liking both of these and have repurchased already many times.

And also finished up some deodorants. I actually already had this one by Rexona, the Invisible Black&White Diamond and I liked it, so I guess I will be repurchasing again. The other one is Garnier Neo Intensive antiperspirant invisible dry-cream that I have had for a really long time and I honestly didn't completely finish it up but I am throwing it away because I simply hate it so much. At first these creams were a big hit when they came to our stores and everyone liked them so I gave it a go too and at first I did like it but than I stopped using it for some reason. Now this is leaving everything I wear white and likes to crumble and I believe it simply dried up too much because it was too old or open for too long. Anyway, I am not repurchasing.

Two L'Occitane products that I have really really loved! One is Fleur D'Or & Acacia perfumed body milk I really loved! This is by far one of my favourite scents of all time, but I never have money to purchase the perfume. Really loved the milk, even though it was really light and didn't nourish my skin as well as a body butter or oil would, but still really love dthe light texture and well the scent. I would love to repurchase, but I find it a bit too expensive. The second product is Jasmin &Bergamote, a shower gel that I have received as a gift from my boyfriend and I really really liked this fresh and revitalising scent! I would love to repurchase, but again, a bit too expensive, especially for an item like a shower gel. Also one of my favourite scents by L'Occitane, would love to have a prefume mini version for summer time.

I have also finished up a product by Dvorec Trebnik that I have received to test alongside a bunch of other products from their new line Sea-buckthorn. This liquid soap was really gently scented and I loved using it, but I will tell you more about it in a separate post, reviewing a couple of the products from the line. And I have also used up a nail polish remover by Aveo that honestly didn't impress me at all, It did it's job and that's it. For the price it's a decent product but I probably won't repurchase.

Two goodies for face that I also loved! I have a full review of  Caudalie Beauty Elixir and I must say I did really like this one and would repurchase, but I am currently saving for another face mist by L'Occitane. I thought that by now I will already purchase it but I bought so many other things that this oen simply didn't stand a chance. You can get Caudalie Beauty Elixir in Slovenia also, at Muller stores or at Leposana store at E.Leclerc. The other product is a cleansing tonic by Natura Siberica and I have already repurchased and started using my second bottle. It's nothing special really but it does the job, it's gentle, it has slight herbal scent and well I believe it would fit almost all skin types, maybe just not the really dry ones. I don't think I will be repurchasing again after second bottle as I have a couple of other products in mind...

Another bunch of goodies I liked! First one is by Anaya and it's their Vitanaya cream that I have been using mainly on my legs and I loved it! It was just creamy enough and really helped my skin heal and also with a little massage helped my thighs look better. But I will tell no more, full review is coming soon! The next two products are two lip balms I really loved! One is by Le Petit Olivier and it's a really good lip balm that actually helps with dry lips and nourishes them really well. It's a bit greasy but I have been using it at home and mostly before going to bed and it really works! It is not that cheap, it's about 7 euros for a lip balm, but I will definitely repurchase for colder months as it actually worked! The second one is by Labello and it's their Olive&Lemon lip balm I have repurchased already many times and I am thinking of getting it again! This one is less greasy, more light and sinks in faster but it does help and nourishes my lips really well. Also I love the scent of this one so much I would repurchase it just because of that! The last cream is  Balea's Pflegecreme with raspberry scent which I didn't like quite as much as the one with lavander-rose scent but it is the same formula and really works well as an allrounder. I will not repurchase but I do recommend it as it's really cheap and actually works!
I have also finished up my Essens perfume that was actually a copy of Aqua di Gioia. I have really loved this perfume, the amazing light scent and it was perfect for summer. I wore it last summer all the time and there was a bit left so I finally finished it up. Really loved it and I am thinking of getting another little bottle of this lovely scent. The second product was one of my favourites of all times and I am really sad to see it empty but oh well, it served me really well and you can read a review here. I will be definitely repurchasing this one! As soon as possible!

And some more empties! I have finished up a hand cream I had for a very long time but I admit I was saving it a lot as it's from The Body Shop and it was coconut scented and I wanted it to last for as long as possible. Really loved this cream and whenever I used it outside my apartment people around me immediatelly started asking "what's that smell, it smells amazing, did someone apply some prefume or something, is someone eating something delicious?".. yeah it was that good! I really hope to get a chance to repurchase it :) Than I have also used up the testers I have received from Phyto Slovenia and you can read the review here :) I have tested a hair mask and conditioner and I have really loved the mask, if I could I would definitely buy it! It made my hair  really silky and soft! I have also used up some face masks by Balea, I had Aqua face mask that spreads up as a sheet and it's a really good one, I have already repurchased two new ones. The second one I have finished was Totes meer face mask that really cleans up your face well and helps with excessive oilyness and I have also already repurchased. There's also Feuchtigkeits maske that was fruit scented and hydrated my skin well, but I didn't like it as much as I liked the other two. Used up a sample of Avon's face cream Nutra effects Hydration and it was good, but I wouldn't buy it. Simply the scent of the cream was a bit off for me and it bothered me. Otherwise the cream was ok, but it was just one sample so I have no idea if it could be good for my skin or not. And also used up a couple of L'Occitane samples. Sublime Essence is one of my favourite products by L'Occitane but I never purchased it as it's really expensive. Than thier Precious Eye Cream is really good too, loved the texture, the scent and that it actually helps me with my dark circles a bit. And from the Pivoine Flora collection I have tested their Essence perfectrice or Skin perfector and Perfecting cream and I have to say they both smell amazing and are really gentle products that my skin really loved. If I could I would purchase the fluid (skin perfector) version, as it suits my oily skin better.

And done! Wow, I did try to use up a lot of products and I was kinda really good at it! have you tried any of these, did you like them? Based on my empties - do you have any recommendations what I should try next? :)

Thanks for reading!

NEW IN June :)

Hello! A bit late but still, posting my new products I received/bought in June. At first I thought I will have only five items to show, but than I have also received some really amazing products to test and try and well, I bought some things I actually needed and some that I simply liked. So here's a list:

- Catrice Refreshing mist body spray Travel De Luxe LE
- Essie Nail lacquer in shade Garden Variety
- Essence Studio nails ultra strong nail hardener
- Essence Nail art duo stylist
- Essence Nautigirl nail sticker
- L'Oreal Elvital Fibrology shampoo

- Rexona Motionsense Ultra dry linen dry anti-perspirant
- L'Angelica Officinalis Lemon and green tea shower gel
- Nivea Pure Fresh shower gel
- Palmolive Aromasensations So Vibrant pearly shower gel with essential oil
- DVOREC TREBNIK: products from the range sea-buckthorn - body milk, massage oil, shower oil, shampoo for dry hair, shower gel, hand cream gel, liquid soap

- Essence Fun Fair cotton candy nails in shade 01 candylicious
- Revlon Ultra HDlipstick in shade 820 HD Petunia
- Revlon Colorburst Lip Butter in shade 047 Pink Lemonade
- Jewelry: Lord of the rings, The Vampire Diaries

Let's start with one of the biggest surprises of the month! I have received a big box of Dvorec Trebnik products! They are all from their collection  Sea-buckthorn! I have already tested a couple of products by Dvorec Trebnik, you can read my review here, and I am already testing these out. So far I am really impressed by these products and by Dvorec Trebnik. I will probably devide these products in two different reviews, as it would simply be too long to write about them in one.

The next bunch are amazing Oriflame products, also received to test and try and I have already been testing them out! I am really liking all of them, especially the nail polish Intense shine nail laqcquer in shade Burgundy and the Girdani Gold Foundation brush! Also the foundation Giordani Gold Long Wear Mineral foundation is really lovely, it gives light to medium coverage but is really easy to wear and blend and I like it feels so light on my face. Also has added spf, which is nice and once it sets it makes my skin feel very smooth. Also love the berry reddish shade of the lip pencil :)

Ok and some more lovely makeup :) I have recieved Essence Fun fair to test and review, hopefully review will be on next week. I am really liking the blush, it's such a bright pop of colour and usually I am not much for the bright pinks, but this one is really lovely. Also received two Revlon lipsticks as gifts! Yaay, lucky me! I have received another Lip butter, now I actually own alltogether 11 different shades! :P I know, that's a lot but I am really loving these! This one is in shade 047 Pink Lemonade and just screams "Pick me up, it's summer!" :D The other lipstick is from the latest Revlon range Ultra HD in shade 820 Petunia. It's a really soft lipstick, very similar to lip butters but still a lot more pigmented and opaque. It's a strong, vibrant  sort of pinkish shade, a very summery one. I am thinking of making a similar post I did with Catrice and Essence, something like Summer lips with Revlon, what do you think? Until then you can read my reviews for Lip Butters here and here ;)

And some products I bought, because I actually needed them. The first two shower gels are from L'Angelica and are both already empty. I actually used them up as liquid hand wash and I really liked the lemony scent. Maybe I will repurchase, but not yet. The other two are Nivea Pure Fresh and Palmolive So vibrant shower gels. both are still waiting to be used, but I just had to use up my bonuses at DM store and try something new. The Pure Fresh shower gel will be probably my boyfriends, as it has a bit more masculine scent.

And three more items I actually needed to repurchase. I bought another Rexona anti-perspirant and it's got a pretty strong scent, I don't think I will be repurchasing this one, I don't like it as much as I liked the others from the brand. Than one of my all time favoruites, already many times repurchased, L'Oreal Paris shampoo Fibrology, I am slowly running out of it and I decided to get another bottle at my local Muller shop. They usually offer good discountd for L'Oreal shampoos so I like to check from time to time and I was in luck. Also used up all my nail polish remover and needed to get another one, so I repurchased the Ebelin one. Not much to say about these, except that they are essentials I am using on daily basis.

And som makeup bits I bought myself :) I have decided to get Essie nail polish even thou I never had a good experience with any of  the Essie nail polsihes. I really fell in love with the shade Garden variety and I simply had to give it a chance. I have also decided I need my nails to get  stronger and I am hoping this Essence ultra strong nail hardener will help me. While in the store I remembered there was this nail art duo stylist I always wanted to try and see if I am any good at nail art, so I got that one too. And also for nails, I got myself these lovely summery nail stickers from the Nauti Girl LE.

And last newbies of the month! I received  this lovely Catrice  refreshing mist from their limited edition Travel De Luxe and I've really been liking the product! I must say summer is really all about freshness and using light products so this was a very welcome product. Also next to the mist you can see three necklaces that were all a gift from my boyfriend! Really been lucky this month, don't you think? The first one, the green one is actually a brooch and a necklace, however I wnat to use it and it's a replica from Lord Of The Rings, if oyu remember when the hobbits received their gifts from lady Galadriel they also got these cloaks with the lovely shaped clip. The other two are both from The Vampire Diaries and were worn by character Elena Gilbert ;) I am really loving all three!

So these are all my newbies from last month! Have you tried any of these? Did you like them?

My current skin care routine (body edition) :)

Hello! I have noticed I don't post about my skin care at all, at least regarding body skin care, unless I am talking about my empties and giving short reviews :) So I thought why not make a bit different post than usual and just talk about my current skincare routine and products I am using at the moment :)

First I need a good shower and I am currently using these three products: L'Occitane Jasmin & Bergamote shower gel, Palmolive Thermal spa mineral massage and Nivea creme peeling. First product is by L'Occitane and it's a really amazingly scented shower gel, which I have actually received last December from my boyfriend as a little treat for our anniversary, but haven't started using it right away. I actually wanted to really just take care of my shower gel stash and I did! One year later I no longer have over 10 new, not yet used shower gels at home, waiting for me to finally start using them. You may have noticed a lot of my shower gels in the empties posts, well that's also because I like to use them as a handwash. So at the moment, apart from the shower gels you can see here there is only one new waiting for me in the bathroom closet, and I bought that one this month as I am starting to run out of the Palmolive one. I know I could just waited and use the L'Occitane one first, but I really like to save this one and only use it a couple of times per week, as it's expensive and smells divine and I really just want it to last for as long as possible.. The other two I have bought myself and both were on my wishlist for a long time, but you can already guess why.. I needed to make some order and finish up products already bought and stored at home. Both are really good products and even my boyfriend likes to use them as they have fine scrubbing pearls inside and really do give a nice massage and a peel. I use Palmolive one a lot, almost every day, as it really is gentle and the pearls are soft, but the Nivea one is really a good peeling and it's enough to use it once per week. If you haven't noticed yet, the Palmolive one has a new look, the bottle looks different, but as much as I could see, the scent and the colour of the product is the same :) Sometimes I also use my body brush, usually I just use it to massage my legs, but I admit to being lazy and rarely using it. I will do better, I promise :P

Next step in my current skincare routine are these two lovely bright products, I am using Kozmetika Afrodita Anti- cellulite warming effect Garcinia 3v1  cellulite reduction cream and L'Occitane Lait Perfume body milk Fleur D'Or & Acacia.  I use the anti-cellulite cream only on my thighs, andonly in the evening. I had this product opened for a while now and I thought that it would be good to use it up. It was basically completely full, just opened. I don't know if there will be any visible difference after I finish this bottle or not, at the moment I have been using it for about two weeks and I haven't noticed much difference. I don't really believe in any sort of magic creams that would just erase all my past sins and junk food and no exercise, so I am not expecting much, If it will help just a bit, I will be quite satisfied. It's supposed to have warming effect, but honestly I don't feel anything and I don't know if it even works or not, or maybe I am expecting a strong warming effect and it's just subtle.. I don't know, but I will finish this product up in less than a week. I am also using this body milk by L'Occitane and it has amazing scent! I swear Fleur D'Or & Acacia is one of the most amazing smelling products L'Occitane ever offered. Aside from their Pivoine Sublime EdP, which I really loved too :P This is a very light milk that sinks into my skin really fast and nourishes well, but it's not for those with really dry skin, that need a richer, creamier texture. Anyway, I really love the scent any I swear my whole bed smells amazingly :P I would definitely repurchase, if it weren't so expensive...

And well, we all need good old deodorant or anti-perspirant. I am currently using two, one is by Nivea and it's their's Invisible Black&White and the other one is by Rexona and it's their version of Invisible black&white diamond. So both are supposed to protect my clothes from stains, and so far I can say they do what they promise. I have not noticed any traces of these two on my clothes, not even white marks after regular use. This is really importan to me as I am usually dressed in black or something dark and I really hate when my deodorant destroys my shirts, especially my metal t-shirts :P I really want them to stay whole and good for as long as possible as they are not cheap and I really try to take care of them and sometimes just try not to wear them too much, as they tend to go grey with regular washing, just like any other black t-shirt. Otherwise there is not much to say about my deodorants, I keep mxing these two brands, sometimes I buy Garnier also but that's mostly it. I find these two brands work best for me. I have tried crystal deodorants and natural ones and such, and well, they are simply not enough for me, I need something stronger. Sadly that means more chemicals, but at least I avoid unpleasant smells.

Before going to sleep and of course during the day, if I am home and if I remember to use hand creams, I like to use these two. One is by Nivea Soft Refreshing soft moisturizing cream and the other one is by Kozmetika Afrodita Hand & Nail care 2in1 Olive fast absorbing hand cream. I really like using both of these. What I like the most about these two is that they absorb really fast, and I mean really fast! :D The Nivea one is actually very universal and can be used on body or face as well, but I prefer to use it just as a hand cream and sometimes as a body cream. It's very light and has light scent, but it's not the classic Nivea (blue tin pot cream) scent, it's more fresh, but still very lovely. It sinks in really fast, but still Kozmetika Afrodita is faster. And now that hot weather is approaching I really appreciate a hand cream that doens't leave my hands sticky for half an hour... even while working on my computer, there is really minimum wait before I can start typing again. I also find the Kozmetika Afrodita one a bit more nourishing, at least my cuticles and nails like her a lot, they seem healthier and well nourished, while the Nivea one is an all over cream and doesn't work for my nails and cuticles that well. Anyway, love both of them, and of course use them daily :)

And the last group of products are my lip balms. I had a really hard time deciding which ones I like best as I tend to use at least five different lip balms through out the day, and well.. the choice was really hard! I kinda decided to present just three, the ones I find most nourishing at the moment and the ones I would definitely use before going to sleep. I am presenting here Nuxe Reve de miel, of course, plus you can read the review here :) I am also loving Le Petit Olivier lip balm stick with anti-aging argan oil and Labello Pure&Natural Olive & Lemon. Le Petit Olivier one is a bit more greasy, needs longer to settle in and gives a lot of moisture, which is great but I don't like using it under lipsticks and such. For that matter neither Nuxe fits, as it's simply too waxy, so best choice is Labello. Labello doens't nourish as much as the other two, but I've been loving this lip balm since it came out and I can't imagine my life without it. For a time it wasn't in my stash and I really just went with my hand over my box of lip balms on my desk and I would hover around it until I would remember I still haven't bought another one. If memory serves me this Pure &Natural came out about 9 years ago, I think, because I loved it since highschool. Anyway, all three are the ones that I wuld use before going to sleep on a regular basis, or if I needed an extra kick of moisture. There are a couple of other lip balms I love to use to get my lips hydrated but those will have to wait for a special lip balm post. I had it prepared and photographed for months now and in that time I got some new lip blams and well.. I need to update my post before it's  posted :)

How about you? Have you tried any of these, would you like to? Leave me a comment if you had any of these products and let me know how they worked for you!

Thanks for reading!

Empties of the week 8 :)

Hello! Time to talk about my latest empties :) I think I am doing pretty good finishing up my makeup products and skin care and cleansers and shower gels... very proud of myself that I managed to still stick with my original plan to finish up the products that are already open :)

I have used up a bottle of Johnson's baby softwash that I was actually using just for washing my makeup brushes. It did the job well but I am wondering  if it really got also all the bacteria. That's why I have a new Ebelin cleanser and I hope that one will be working also against potential germs so I can really assure my skin the best care possible. Or otherwise what's the point of having anti blemish skin care if I keep using only half washed brushes... Next to it is another empty bottle of Inell Lait Demaquillant Douceur, I already have repurchased another one and I keep using it as it's really cheap and works well with my makeup ( I do not use waterproof stuff). Another cleanser finished, this time I used up Nivea Aqua Sensation invigorating cleansing gel for normal to mixed skin. This was pretty good, it worked well for me, also together with my Braun face brush. It did however sting a bit at times, when my skin was really sensitive or I had a reaction to something..

Empty hair products, I have finished a dry shampoo by Balea, Trend it up spray-on trocken shampoo. I have already repurchased this one many times and currently I have another one by Balea, but both are good. Also my boyfriend likes to use it so sometimes a bottle can be finished up pretty fast. I have also finished another L'Oreal Paris Elvital Fibrology shampoo, I think this one is still my favourite one from the ones I have tried. I also really like the Fibrology hair balm, the scent of both products and how my hair are really soft later.. I will definitely repurchase again after I finish my stash. Third product is by Schwarzkopf, it's Gliss Hair repair conditioner. I have been using their leave-in spray conditioners for a couple of years now and I really like them. Usually I use this product on days when I don't use any hair mask or hair balm, so I don't get my hair too greasy and heavy before even drying them. It workd really well for me, I might repurchase this one really soon.

I have finished up a couple of shower gels. I usually have more than one open at a time, so don't think I used four shower gels in less than two months:P Plus I tend to use up shower gels as a liquid soap, especially if I get bored of the scent or I have it in my stash for so long I can't even remember why this product ever smelled nice to me. I have done so with Balea Black secret shower gel. It does smell nice, but I don't like the scent all over my skin so I used it up as a handwash liquid soap. The other three were actually all gifts. I got the I love ... Minty choco chip as a gift and I have been using it up pretty slowly as it really had a strong specific scent and I wanted the product to last  for as long as possible. The same goes for The Body Shop Moringa Shower gel. Until I had enough of these two crowding the space on my bath and I decided to finally finish them up. After that I was using another shower gel I got for my birthday L'Angelica Officinalis Purificante with a fresh scent of tea tree plant. Really loved the scent and the refreshing feeling. I think I might try the lemon scented one also, if I get a discount or something.

It's been a long time since I finished up a body lotion, but I finally did. I really wanted to create some space so I decided this one is the first one to be used up and it's by Dove Purely pampering with pistachio cream and magnolia. Smells really amazing and works well with my dry skin, especially on my legs. I would repurchase, but I have too many similar products to use up. Also, I have finally finishe up another hand cream and it's by Alverde Naturkosmetik Intensiv handcreme with pomegranate and shea butter. This was a really greasy hand cream and I've been using it only at home or before going to bed as it really took a long time to sink in. I liked it but not that much to want t repurchase it ever again.  And who would have thought, I have actually finished up a lip product, Labello lip butter vanilla and macadamia. I had this for quite some time and I really liked it but I usually just used it at home as it's a lip product ina pot and you really need to keep your hands clean when applying. I would repurchase, as I really liked the scent but I have an enormous stash yet to finish and I keep purchasing new lippies.

As for facial skincare I have so many opened products yet that are close to being finished but not there yet, hat I have only managed to use up two products. I used up Balea 7 tage energie kur. There were seven ampoules inside, I used one each evening, for a week. It was supposed to help my skin get back some hydration, energy and freshness.. well I must say I did not notice any differences so I will say this did not work for me and I do not plan on repurchasing. I have also used up Paula's Choice Clear anti-redness exfoliating solution with 2 % salicylic acid regular strength. This did nothing for me. I used it only in the evenings and after three days, three uses there was no more  visible change. The first two days I could really see my acne shrinking and drying out but than there was no more change. So I kept using the product more or less on and off, when I had a major breakout to help me dry it out faster but that's it. Some say they used this every day and it worked miracles on their skins, well mine was not one of them and I will most definitely never repurchase again.

Finished up two deodorants, Nivea Dry comfort and Rexona Clear aqua. Both were pretty good, the Rexona one had a better scent if you ask me. In terms of keeping me dry none of these two ever really do much for that, if my body needs to sweat it will and it doesn't matter what I use, but it did help me keep smelling freshly and clean and this is actually most important for me.

I ahve also used up a face mask I got as a gift Schaebens Schoko maske and it really smelled so amazingly sweet, I really liked it. Than I finished up some testers of Nivea Diamond volume conditioner and shampoo. They were ok, but I have nothing much to say about it, decent products, but did not wow me or anything, so i don't think I'll be switching my L'Oreal shampoos for Niveas one. I have also finished up a tester of Nivea Soft  refreshingly soft moisturizing cream and I really liked it, I think I will be repurchasing a whole bottle/pot as soon as I will be able to.

Some eye makeup I finished up. I actually really loved this Wet'n 'Wild eyeshadow palette in Silent treatment, but I dropped it and it broke and there is more or less just some mixed dust left inside. Too bad, this was really one of my favourites. I would definitely immediately repurchase if I could. Than checking out my mascara stash I figured out there are two mascaras that really must go to the trash bin asap! The L'Oreal Paris False Lash Wings in black  and Terra Naturi Fine definition mascara in blue. Both were still usable but so very old and I didn't even use them anymore that I have no regret throwing them away. I really really liked the L'Oreal one, this was actually one of the best mascaras I have ever tried. So a repurchase is highly likely, but not just yet :) The Terra Naturi one was never used much and well very old, so very ripe for thrash bin. Also throwing away Catrice  Calligraph Ultra slim eyeliner pen waterproof. This product never worked for me. I used it maybe three times and it already went grey instead of black, it transfered all over my lids and well.. I didn't use it anymore, it just was there in my stash and it's time for it to throw it away. Last one is by Essence, their Long lasting eye pencil in 10 almost famous I used for my waterline. It was also very old and it started to crubmle right after application so it was past time to get rid of it and I already bought another one, this time by Catrice , Kohl kajal in shade You're my Rosen one!

Last three empties are also makeup related. I have used up a liquid foundation, and I must say I am pretty impressed with myself as it's really been a long time I have finished up a product of this type. I have used up Bourjois 123 Perfect foundation in shade N51 Light Vanilla. This was one of my favorite foundation ever and I would repurchase, but I have an enourmous stash of not yet used up  foundations.. Than also by Bourjois I have finished up their Happy lights ultra - covering concealer in shade 21 Ivore. I will be definitely repurchasing this one soon, it's one of my all time favourites! For the time being I bought Catrice camouflage cream and it's good but not as good as the Happy light one. Plus it's  got a better packaging, gives better coverage and also has a tiny mirror inside. It is however a lot more expensive, about 8 euros, while Catrice one is  only 3,29 euros. Last item I am throwing away is a portable powder brush by Deborah. I have never been really using this one much, I had no idea the bristles would be so rough as there was no tester available for a brush at the store and I have regretted purchasing it from day one. I hoped that with regular washing I would get it to be more soft but it never was. Then the mechanism to roll it out broke and it only goes out just half way and it just stood there in my bathroom, so it was time to get rid of it too.

And this is it for now :) As I've been prolonging this post for so long I already have a couple of empties for my next post and I think it will be up sometime in April :) Have you been using any of these? How did they work for you?

Thanks for reading!

Empty products of the week 6 :)

Hello! Time to clean up a bit and do some empties :) I have finished some more products and now I will write a sort of short review for you which of these I find good, which are really good and worth repurchasing :)

Starting with some shower gels :) I have finished two  and the first one is by Kozmetika Afrodita and it's from their latest update, the new Coconut Milk line and also includes a body lotion, which I will also finish soon. I must say I really loved this creamy shower gel and I would repurchase it right now, but I really have to finish the ones I have first. The price is also pretty good, a bit less than 2 euros I think for a bottle and I really have to look away in the stores not to buy it already :P I have also reviewed this one here, the post is unfortunatly only in Slovenian. Next is another shower gel, by Fa and it's their vitamin&power Vitamin B nd Honey Melon. I really liked this cent in summer time and than I didn't use this one for quite some time and once I started it again it was already winter and well, I didn't like it as much. It feels very light on the skin and does the job well, but doesn't leave the scent on the skin for very long, at least on me I can not really smell it after half an hour.. I think I will not repurchase this one, at least not right now, maybe next summer.

Than moving on to deodorants. I have finished two, one is by Nivea and it's from their Pure&Natural collection and is a roll-on, it has the jasmin scent. Honestly, when in store, I thought this would be great and really smelled good on me, but when applied I really didn't like the scent and probably won't repurchase. At least not this one, otherwise I like their roll-ons as they are small, portable and pretty good at doing their job - preventing any unpleasant scents to break out. The only thing that might not be practical is the glass bottle, as I am really clumsy and always fear I will break the bottle in the bathroom. Next to it is one by Rexona, it's the Clear Diamond one and it's a spray. I liked this one, but I would much rather this was a roll-on and not in spray can. Plus is also that this didn't leave any white marks on my clothes as I mostly wear darker shades. Repurchase is a maybe, well, maybe if I find it in roll-on shape.

Moving on to some face products, I have finished  one toner and one face  wash foam. the toner is by Kozmetika Afrodita and it's from their Clean Phase collection and has some lemon extract and hyaluron acid plus astringent effect. I really liked this one and will probably repurchase in about a month or so, as I am already half way through my latest toner, which was also a repurchase, the one by KRASNA, I have already reviewed here. I will probably repurchase this one as it is much cheaper than the Krasna one and also it's pretty good and worked well for my skin, and I think it actually helped with my problematic skin. The price is about 5 euros and you get 200 ml of the product which is pretty good, considering the Krasna one I am using at the moment costs 12 euros and also offers 200 ml. The next product I have finished is this face wash foam by Nivea and I really liked this. I was using it in the morning and it did really well, refreshed my face and cleaned up well.  I had this for quite some time before I started using it and before this one I had the Balea one and that one was also good, but less gentle. This one really causes me no problems or irritations and still does the job well. In the evening I used first micellar water and than went over with this foam cleanser and really washed my face well and I think this is realy worth repurchasing. I will repurchase but probably not just yet as I have two more cleansers at home to finish first.

And some more face products :) I have finished this Alverde Waschcreme Heilerde, which was already my repurchase as I have known this collection since I was in high school and really liked it. It's reasonably priced, they try to be as natural as possible and does the job just the same as  any other cleanser. But if you use foundation with very good coverage and staying power this might not work well for you as you will need to cleanse again to really get everything off. All in all, it's pretty good and gentle, doesn't irritate my skin and leaves it feeling fresh and soft so I might repurchase this in the coming months, once I finish my stash. Next to it is Visibly Clear face peeling by Neutrogena. I bought this after I saw and tested it at my friends house and I really liked it at first try, It's soo light, and creamy at the same time, it's gentle but effective, not too gentle, you can still feel the little parts working in your skin. I didn't use this every day or anything like that, mostly I used this once a week or maybe once per two weeks and it did work for me. It didn't cause me any more skin problems and I would repurchase but I have decided to test a Garnier with wasabi extract first. And I really did love the fresh and cooling sensation this gives, plus the pleasant scent. The price is about 5-6 euros, if memory serves me right, but it could be some more. The only problem I had with this was that I had to cut open to use up the product as it wouldn't come out anymore at the end. The last item here is not for face but for hair and it's by Scwarzkopf Gliss Hair repair 6 miracles oil essence. It's just an oil for hair and I used it mostly for hair ends, but it didn't really do much change, it just kept them in good shape and gave them enough care so that they didn't split as much as before and also helped a bit with the health of my hair in general, kept them strong and neat. I will not repurchase this as it didn't do anything special, it was an ok product but not that impressive and that good I would want to repurchase. I will test some other products first before coming back to this one. Don't get me wrong, it's not a bad product, it's a good one but just not that amazing.

Some L'Occitane empties, I have finished a hand cream Dry skin hand cream with shea butter, their bestseller I think, and I must say this is also my favoruite product from this brand, from their body and skin care range. This  was already a repurchase and I will treat myself with another cream when I save some money for it, plus once I finish with my hand creams stash. I have also finished the Pevoine Flora EdP, which I have recieved as a  Christmas gift from my bf's mother, about two or three years ago and I finally finished it. I really loved this scent and would repurchase now if I could, but it's simply too expensive and I have quite a stash of EdT's and EdP's... soo.. I really shouldn't. I also really like the bottle, the colour and the shape... I might reuse it and buy some perfume copy, like from Refan shop..

And finally some finished makeup products. I have finally decided to throw away Deborah 24 Ore mascara, as it was really old and I didn't even use it anymore it just was there in the bathroom and waited. Than I finally decide to give her one last try and it was sooo baad... I mean it, the formula went really bad and I couldn't even apply this well without getting it all over my face and I have finally given up that this will ever again work for me. After all mascaras are supposed to be good for about 6 months and I have kept this mascara for a lot longer... The review is here, but as for the repurchase.. I don't think so. It's good, but I already have better ones and well, I will not repurchase.
Than next is a face powder by Essence, All about matt! fixing compact powder. It was an overall ok product but sometimes I tended to look too white with this, I don't know why, maye because of the foundation or maybe I applied too much? This didn't really do much for me, as for the matte effect it was more or less average, so as expected for the price - less money, less music... It's not bad and some really like this, but my skin is too greasy and in combination with my foundations this simply doens't work as well as I hoped it would. I have finished it almost completely but than the rest of the product broke and well, I had to throw it away. Anyway, if you are on a budget this would be worth trying, but if you really need a good powder that will keep your face matte for a longer time than I would recommend investing in something else. The last product of my empties is another powder, by Catrice, All Matt plus shine control powder. An ok powder, again pretty average at keeping my face matte, easy to work with and natural finish, but well, I will not repurchase. It's quite similar to the Essence one but a bit more expensive and really, I still prefer the Bourjois one and will rather buy that one, even thou it's more expensive, simply because it's so much more fine and looks so much more natural and also helps me stay matte longer than these two did. I didn't even finish the product really, I kinda broke it when it fell on the ground and some time later the product completely broke inside and I decided to throw the remains away.

Did you try any of these? Do you recommend me something similar?

Hope this was helpful to you and thanks for reading!
