Zlata jesen z Oriflame :)

Pozdravljeni! Danes sem za vas pripravila malce drugačno objavo, malce bolj jesensko obarvano skupaj v sodelovanju z Oriflame! V pričujoči objavi vas bom popeljala skozi jesenski gozd, na sprehod v družbi treh odličnih izdelkov znamke Oriflame!

Giordani Gold je ena izmed meni najbolj ljubih kolekcij kozmetike nasploh in tokrat sem imela to srečo, da sem se lahko razvajala z čisto novim parfumom Giordani Gold Essenza! 

Embalaža, cena -  Embalaža tega parfuma je božanska! Meni osebno je res zelo všeč oblika stekleničke, ki vsebuje 50 ml izdelka in to parfuma, ne parfumske vodice! Na steklenički lahko vidite zlat napis na beli podlagi, minimalistično ter elegantno, pokrovček pa ima zanimiv detajl teksture lističa, ki vsebuje tudi pristno zlato! Ja, prav ste prebrali, pristno zlato! Seveda na vrhu pokrovčka ne manjka vgraviran znakec GG za Giordani Gold, vse skupaj pa pride zapakirano v zlato kartonsko škatlico! Cena izdelka variira glede na kataloško obdobje, redna cena je 39,90 evra, trenutno pa ga lahko dobite za 26,99 evra.

O izdelku - O parfumu pri Oriflame pravijo, da gre za njihovo najrazkošnejšo dišavo vseh časov! Dišavo je ustvaril francoski strokovnjak za dišave Fabrice Pellegrin, ki je bil rojen v Grassu, domu prestižne parfumerije! Pri parfumu Giordani Gold Essenza je poskušal poustvariti občutek vonja, ko te obdaja na tisoče dišečih pomarančnih cvetov in to stisniti v tekočo dišavo! Pri Oriflame pravijo, da mu je uspelo ustvariti izjemno prefinjen vonj, ki je najbolj intenzivno koncentriran - parfum! "Giordani Gold Essenza je vrhunski proizvod fine parfumerije, pravo razkošje za žensko, ki ceni lepe stvari v življenju!"

Vonj - Gre za citrusno svež vonj, cvetlično - vodna osnova pa mu dajeta občutek lahkotnosti! Tri note, ki mu dajejo najbolj značilno karakteristike so kalabrijska bergamotka, razkošna esenca cveta pomarančevca, toskanski les. Osebno se mi zdi vonj primeren za posebne priložnosti, ampak sama se ne morem upreti, da ga ne bi uporabljala kar za vsak dan! Do sedaj sem praktično čisto vsakič prejela pohvale ter komentarje, kako lepo dišim :P Res je edinstvena sveža kombinacija, intenzivna in obstojna ter hkrati ženstvena in elegantna! Če se najdete vsaj delno v opisu vonjev, vam toplo priporočam, da parfum preizkusite! :)

Giordani Gold Essenza sestavlja tako parfum kot tudi nakit, na izbiro imate elegantne Giordani Gold Essenza uhane ter Giordani Gold Essenza zapestnico!

Poleg parfuma sem se razvajala še z dvema izdelkoma  in sicer Maya šalom ter Golden Leaf ogrlico! Seveda vse v zlatih odtenkih, ki odlično sovpadajo z jesenskim pridihom ter se bodo zagotovo izkazali tudi v zimskih mesecih! Si že predstavljam božično-novoletne zabave in potencialne kombinacije, kamor bi lahko vključila tako ogrlico kot tudi šal!

Golden Leaf ogrlica je zelo posebna ogrlica po dizajnu, kaj podobnega še nisem imela nikoli! Ne zapne se na klasičen način, ne nosi se tako kot druge ogrlice. Posebnost Golden Leaf ogrlice je, da je v bistvu oblikovana okroglo iz žice, na vsaki strani pa jo krasita dva čudovito oblikovana listka! Ogrlica je pozlačena, se odlično poda okoli vratu in privablja poglede z odprtim sprednjim delom.  Z dvema listkoma, ki ponazarjata čas jeseni deluje zelo elegantno in razkošno! Vsak listek je okrašen s češkimi steklenimi kamenčki. Ogrlica je tudi testirana na nikelj. Cena ogrlice je 10,90 evra, lahko pa si privoščite kar komplet, skupaj z  Golden Leaf prstanom ter Golden Leaf uhani!

Osebno mi je bila zelo zanimiva, saj je okrogla po obliki, ne viseča kot sem vajena, se ne zapenja ampak se jo enostavno položi okoli vratu. Žica je  malce mehka, ravno toliko, da omogoča, da se ogrlico rahlo raztegne in lažje položi okoli vratu, ter potem popravi malce nazaj skupaj, v kolikor želite, da je spredaj manj odprtega prostora. Oba listka se po žici premikata, tako da se ju lahko lažje nastavi povrhu oblačila, če je to potrebno, nista togo pričvrščena na konec žice. Ogrlica je lahka, prijetna za nosit! :) Seveda je tudi zelo elegantna, zlata in popolna za romantične izhode, posebna večerna druženja ter razne zabave! Sama jo bom z veseljem nosila, ker je edinstvena med mojim nakitom, kaj podobnega res še nisem nosila! Zadnje čase me zelo navdošuje zlata barva, čeprav sama prej nikoli nisem marala nositi zlatega nakita, ko pa sem zagledala tole ogrlico, sem se nekako zaljubila kar na prvi pogled!

Ter še nekaj besed o elegantnem šalu Maya :) Črni šal iz polistra z zlatkastim potiskom je moj novi najljubši spremljevalec te jeseni! Ne gre za klasičen debel topel jesensko-zimski šal, ampak gre za bolj tanko tkanino, ki je razprostrta rahlo prosojna. Zlatkasti potisk je prisoten samo na eni strani šala, na drugi, pa se ta potisk rahlo vidi skozi, kar dodaja šalu malce več teksture in več dinamičnosti, ko ga ovijete okoli sebe. Robovi šala niso klasično odrezani ter zarobljeni nazaj, ampak so malce bolj grobi, z vidnimi nitkami, kar da šalu pridih modernosti. Šal me je premamil z zlatkastim potiskom, zopet nekaj kar nisem vajena nositi in nikoli nisem, ampak v tej kombinaciji mi je enostavno všeč! Zlatkasti potisk na različni svetlobi malce različno odseva, morda se vam bo kdaj zdelo, da odseva celo srebrno. Ker je tak malce poseben, svetleč šal se vam morda ne bo podal ob različne odtenke oblačil, meni se zdi da mi s temle sivim plaščem super paše, ker deluje zanimivo, elegantno in ne preveč vpadljivo :) Idealen bo tudi za decembrska druženja :) Cena izdelka je 7,99 evra. :)

First impressions: ALVERDE Oriental Bazaar LE :)

Hello! Have you already spotted this limited edition at your local DM stores? I have treated myself with three products from Alverde Orinetal Bazaar LE and decided to post a bit about them, just some first impressions. I will not be making full and very long review of the trio, as is usual for me. Oriental Bazaar limited edition was very interesting to me after seeing the promo photos and I was really excited to try something out. I admit I have not bought an Alverde makeup product for a long time as I feel like they are not as good as they were a couple of years ago and also I have so much makeup that is simply better. Still, the design of this limited edition was really pretty so I had to at least try something.

First product I have picked was a lipstick, there are three shades available - a browny lipstick, that seemed to dark for me, an orange red one and this deeper red shade 30 Safran-rouge. The second product my eyes seemed to be attracted to was this lip oil in a gloss packaging and I really wanted to try this out and see if this really works on the lips, helps my cracked and dry lips. Third product is a Loose powder in a very interesting packaging, shade 10 Desert dream.

This powder attracted me mostly because of the packaging, as I really don't need a new powder. There are two shades available one seemed too browny, more like a bronzer and this one seems too pink, more like  a highlighter. Most interesting to me was the packaging - on top you have a brush and a closing system to keep the  brush safe and under it like a system to transfer the powder to the brush and you can also remove the lower part containing the powder if you want, but be careful as you can spill it out. The brush is very small but very soft. The shade seems light on me, I actually use it more like a highlighter as it's so light and a bit pearly. I don't use this all over my face, just areas I want to add a touch of a different powder, similar like Bourjois Java de Riz powder.

Lipstick in shade Safran-rouge is a warm, a bit on a browny side, red lipstick.  The texture feels a bit dry, at least on my lips and I need to make at least four sweeps to get the shade just right. The finish is semi-matte, so there's some shine, but  doesn't last long. On the lips the lipstick feels more moisturizing and creamy, but application seems like there is something wrong with the texture as I feel like it's dragging on my lips and I need to put in some extra work to make the shade even and opaque.  The shade however is perfect for fall!

Lip oil is packaged like a lip gloss, it's got a clear liquid, very runny texture. It smells a bit sweet, more like a tea. That should be expected as its base is chai tea extract and argan oil. The applicator is actually quite big and rotating, which I don't like, I would prefer it more if it were a classic applicator. To me this feels too watery and not enough like an oil, still because of the texture it doesn't feel heavy, sticky or greasy on the lips. It gives them a slight shine. Personally I find that this just doesn't want to sink into the lips and it doesn't nourish them enough for me to be satisfied with the product. Too bad, I had higher hopes for this.

So here are my first impressions! I must say none of these products really got me like "wow, I love it", still I will find use for these three. The lipstick seems to remain my favourite! I hope this post was helpful to you! :)

Hello! Haven't posted about products I have been obssesed with for some time, so I figured it was past time to talk about this amazing hand cream by Caudalie!

Pozdravljeni! Že dolgo nisem objavila kakšne krajše ocene izdelka, ki mi je trenutno izjemno ljub, tako, da je bil res že skrajni čas in danes imam za vas pripravljeno novo oceno - testirala sem kremo za roke in nohte znamke Caudalie!

Product description - Rich in anti-oxidant grape Polyphenols, avocado and shea butters, this cream nourishes, protects and repairs the hands without leaving a greasy film. 98% natural ingredients.

Opis izdelka - Bogata z antioksidativnim polifenolom iz grozdja, avokadom in karitejevim maslom, ta krema neguje, ščiti in skrbi za zdravo kožo rok brez, da bi pustila masten sloj. Vsebuje 98% naravnih sestavin!

Packaging, price - I have read so many great comments about this hand cream I was very happy to see I have received this travel sized packaging of 15 ml as it has been a product I have wanted to try for a long time! It's a hand nail cream and promises to nourish and be anti-oxidant. About the second claim I can not really say, but I can confirm this really does the job!

This hand cream usually comes in tube of  75 ml and costs about 13 euros, which makes it a bit more expensive, but as I see this product really helps my hands and nails, I do not see the price too high. Price wise it's pretty comparable to the Shea Butter hand cream by L'Occitane, that we all love to give and receive as Christmas gifts or just as treats.

Pakiranje, cena - Prebrala sem že veliko pohval na račun te kreme in sem bila zelo vesela, ko sem jo zagledala v paketku izdelkov, ki sem jih prejela v test. Prejela sem sicer potovalno velikost 15 ml, vendar sem jo imela že dolgo na seznamu želja! Gre za kremo za roke, ki obljublja, da neguje ter deluje antioksidativno. Glede drugega ne morem ravno potrditi, lahko pa potrdim, da izdelek odlično neguje kožo!

Krema je običajno pakirana v tubico 75 ml in stane približno 13 evrov, kar jo sicer uvršča med dražje kreme, ampak ker mi krema dejansko pomaga negovati dlani ter nohte, se mi cena ne zdi previsoka. Cenovno gledano je krema primerljiva karitejevi iz L'Occitane, ki jo vsi tako zelo radi podarimo ali prejmemo za na primer božična darila :)

What it promises - This hand cream  promises not to contain any parabens, phenoxyethanol, phtalates, mineral oils, sodium laureth sulfate, ingredients of animal origin.

Kaj izdelek obljublja - Krema ne vsebuje parabenov, ftalatov, minerlanih olj, sestavin živalskega izvora ter dveh drugih sestavin - phenoxyethanol-a ter sodium laureth sulfata.

Texture - The texture is  just right, not too heavy and creamy and not too runny. It sinks into the skin almost instantly and I love that, as I like to go about my stuff right away, without waiting for my hands to dry up.

Tekstura - Tekstura kreme je ravno pravšnja, ni preveč težka in kremna in ni preveč tekoča. V kožo se vpije praktično takoj, že med nanosom, kar mi je zelo všeč, saj se lahko skoraj takoj lotim dela, brez čakanja, da se mi krema vpije in roke osušijo.

Effect - As for the effect I have noticed my skin is a lot smoother and my nails really love this hand cream, especially my cuticles, they are a bit in a better shape than they were, not as dry anymore. 

Efekt -  Moja koža je bolj mehka, moji nohti pa tudi obožujejo tole kremo, so bolj močni, tudi obnohtna kožica se mi hitreje celi in manj poka. Koža je lepo nahranjena in čisto nič suha.

Scent - Also important factor that makes me like this hand cream even more is the scent - it's got an amazing scent that I wasn't able to describe at first as it doesn't remind me of grapes at all. After my boyfriend commented this smells like oranges all I can smell now is oranges! Anyway, it's got a lovely fresh, citrus scent I am really loving! Plus a big bonus is that you only need a drop of it, so a tube of this cream will last you a long time!

Vonj - Pomemben faktor, zakaj mi je ta krema tako zelo všeč je vonj! Najprej ga nisem znala čisto opisati, ko pa je fant komentiral, da mu diši po pomaranči, sedaj tudi sama vonjam samo še pomarančo! Vonj je res svež, citrusni! Seveda, velik bonus te kreme je tudi to, da je dejansko ne potrebujem veliko za eno uporabo, manjša kapljica zadostuje, kar pomeni, da vam bo tuba 75 ml izdelka zagotovo trajal kar nekaj časa!

I find this to be a brilliant hand cream I would recommend to anyone! It really works, smells amazing, doesn't leave any greasy residue on your hands, simply sinks in and you don't even need much for one use! If you have a chance to try it out please do and let me know if it worked for you too! Or if you want to give something different for this year Christmas gift, this might be a perfect gift!

Osebno se mi zdi tale krema odlična in bi jo priporočila komurkoli! Dejansko deluje in pomaga mojim rokam, diši super, ne pušča nobenega mastnega sloja po uporabi, se res lepo in hitro vpije, pa še ne porabi se hitro! Če iščete ideje za božična darila, je tole super izdelek, ki je dovolj vsestranski, da bo ustrezal osebam vseh starosti, pa verjetno tudi moškim! :)

Ocena: AlpStories - Organic Shampoo Aloe Vera

Pozdravljeni! Danes sem za vas pripravila oceno šampona za lase znamke AlpStories, o kateri ste v preteklem letu zagotovo že veliko slišali. Poskusila sem njihov šampon Organic shampoo Aloe Vera, in ga testirala pretekla dva meseca :) 

O izdelku - Gre za organski šampon, ki je primeren za vsakdanjo uporabo, nežno očisti in neguje lase. Obogaten je z aleo vero organske pridelave, oljem pšeničnih kalčkov in izvlečki olive, rožmarina, sivke in moringe. Lase obnavlja, regenerira, jim vrača moč in mehkobo. 99,78% sestavin je naravnega izvora, 98,86% rastlinskih sestavin je organskega porekla, 15,15% vseh sestavin prihaja iz nadzorovane organske pridelave. Organska kozmetika je certificirana s strani ECOGRUPPO ITALI REL OP 103/082.

Izdelek ne vsebuje parabenov, SLS ter SLES, ftalatov, mineralnih olj, silikonov, alkohola. Izdelek ni testiran na živalih in je primeren tudi za vegane.

Embalaža, cena - Izdelek je zapakiran v belo plastenko, z belim pokrovčkom. Plastenka je ozka in visoka, zavzame zelo malo prostora v kopalnici. Vsebuje 200 ml izdelka, cena pa je 12,80 evra.

Tekstura, barva, vonj - Najprej kar sem opazila pri izdelku je bil vonj! Glede na to da gre za naraven izdelek, bi morda pričakovali da bo vonj bolj nežen, ali pa bolj zeliščen.  Osebno mi direktno iz plastenke šampon ne diši lepo, ko pa ga stisnem ven na roko, mi zelo lepo diši, nežno in po uporabi se na laseh skoraj ne vonja. Tekstura šampona je bolj tekoča, malce gelasta, lahka. Ni čisto prozorne barve kot izgleda na spodnji sliki, malce ima barve, povleče na rahlo rumenkast odtenek, ampak ko ga ima izstisnjenega v dlani me res najbolj spominja na kak žele.

Moja izkušnja - Priznam, da sem bila skeptična, ker načeloma ne uporabljam naravnih šamponov, predvsem pa me je skrbelo ali mi bo ta šampon sploh uspel razmastiti lasišče ali ne. A poznate, ko si umijete lase in imate že pet ur po tem čisto mastno lasišče in sploh ta prvi del tik ob čelu, da zgledate, kot, da si ne bi umile las? No, od prve uporabe naprej me je ta šampon popolnoma prepričal! Nič od mojih strahov se ni uresničilo! Všeč mi je, da ima blagi vonj ter lahko teksturo! Dejansko se na začetku, prvih par uporab sploh ni nič penil - dejansko ne vem v čem je fora ampak ko sem ga vmasirala v lasišče je popolnoma izginil, sploh ga ni bilo čutiti pod prsti, samo mokri lasje - nič pene sploh! Res ne vem kaj sem naredila ampak meni se šampon sploh ni penil, šele ko sem spirala dol sem začutila pod prsti plast šampona in se je videlo malce bele pene med spiranjem. Očitno nisem imela med lasmi dovolj vode, ker včasih se mi šampon na začetku malce speni, ko pa ga res dodobra vmasiram v lasišče ter lase spet nič pene! Tako, da če niste navajeni, da se vam šampon ne peni ste sedaj opozojeni in boste to lahko pričakovali. Pri prvi uporabi sem si res mislila aha zdaj ko bom sprala dol se bo pa videlo, da ni nič naredil - ampak je! Moji lasje so bili čisto mehki, lasišče lepo očiščeno, nobenih sledi maščobe na lseh ali lasišču, nič občutka zategovanja, srbečice, pekočega občutka ali česarkoli podobnega, kar se mi je že zgodilo pri drugih šamponih! Samo nežno umiti lasje, ki so bili po uporabi čisto mehki! Da ne omenjam volumen - tega ta šampon sicer nikjer ne obljublja, ampak ko si posušim lase z fenom, imam res veliko večji volumen, nekaj česar sploh nisem navajena, ker mi lasje vedno kar skupaj padejo nekje pol ure po sušenju! Tega tukaj ni, volumen mi ostane še cel dan, še ko si čop naredim, se prav vidi! To razumem kot rezultat tega, da je šampon tako nežen in lahek, da las ne obteži z negovalnimi sestavinami in jim tako omogoča, da so po uporabi lažji. Tudi če sem po šamponiranju nanesla še masko, so lasje še vedno bili občutno bolj lahki kot kdajkoli prej. Včasih sem bila navajena, da sem lasišče oprala dvakrat, ker sem imela bolj mastno lasišče. V zadnjih parih letih imam še vedno mastno lasišče, vendar zadostuje enkratno umivanje, ne glede koliko časa je minilo med umivanjem in koliko so se mi lasje že zmastili. V glavnem, super nežen in lahek šampon, ki opravi svoje delo, pri tem pa las ne obteži, ne iritira lasišča in predvsem lase naredi lepo mehke že sam po sebi. Včasih po umivanju uporabim samo še olje za konice, ker se mi ne zdi potrebno nanašati še kakšnega balzama, maske in podobnega. Seveda je pa odvisno vse od tega kakšno strukturo las imate in kakšne so vaše potrebe. Priznam, da imam sama z svojimi lasmi kar srečo, so močni in načeloma nimam težav razen z mastnim lasiščem ter občasnim lomljenjem konic. Če povzamem  - super je in ga bom z veseljem še uporabljala!

Ste že poskusili kaj od znamke AlpStories? Sama sem testirala še njihov gel za čiščenje obraza z žajbljem in meto (v bistvu sem že na drugi plastenki) ter trenutno testiram kremo za obraz s čajevcem! Z vsem sem do sedaj zelo zadovoljna, drugi dve oceni prideta zelo kmalu! :) Šampon me je zelo navdušil sploh ker je tako učinkovit, nežen in lahek, da so lasje lepo negovani, kljub temu pa lahki in neobteženi ter imajo končno vsaj malo svojega volumna! Šele sedaj sem videla dejansko, koliko mi drugi šamponi obtežijo lase! Tale je bil res super presenečenje, ker sploh nisem vedela, da ga bom prejela :P

Packaging - I usually write about a specific packaging for every product but this time I wanted to write about it separately and highlight the fact that all packaging is recycled, reused and lives up to the expectations of someone who is a true nature lover! I love the idea and the design, especially that everything is handwritten! Yes, handwritten, not printed! It doesn't get any more personal than that! It simply states the mind set and soul of it's creator and by the way, I love her handwriting!

First product I have tested was this Reviving Lavander all - in - one body scrub! As this is 100% natural product you must keep in mind that it will not last for a year or more, most of these products last up to 3 months, unless you use them up first! This product is a bit different than the others I have tried as it can be used in three different ways - it can be a body scrub, it can be a shower gel due to the natural herbal scents and it can also be used as a bath salt! I admit, I have been using it for all of the  above mentioned! This one I have tested contains 130 ml of product, but the quantity can vary.

I have used it as a scrub - it has bigger particles and can be a bit rough, which means you need to take time while pampering and scrub gently. Just take a bit in your hand and move it along your skin, I use it all over my body. As it has a lovely lavander scent and  includes also essential oils you can use it as a shower gel, but that mostly depends on your skin - what are your needs? I personally don't have much problems with my skin on my body and can use it on it's own and gently exfoliate as well as shower just with this product. If you have any skin irritations, unhealed scars and such be extra careful around those areas. But mostly this is  a very good body scrub that will suit any skin type. As it contains essential oils it also nourishes and can be used also on dry skin, for those with sensitive skin I dare not say, but I think it should work for them too! What makes this scrub also visually appealing are the used ingredients that give it colour and texture - pink sea salt and dried lavander flowers :) What gives this body scrub an extra scent boost is lavander essential oil and the oil nourishing your skin is sweet almond oil :) 

I have also used this as a bath salt, love the gentle scent of lavander that lasts in my bathroom even after use! The only thing you need to do after you use it as a bath salt is make sure you wash out your bathtub, as there may remain some particles of dried lavander flowers :) Also, Himalayan pink sea salt is known for its properties and helps with dermatitis skin and even oedema. You can also try a Fresh peppermint scrub and Smells like coconut and feels like Calendula scrub.

The second product I have tried has become easily one of my favourite cosmetic products of all time! Really, I mean it! I love this Rich Lavander body balm! Mine contains 60 ml of the product but can also be in packagings of 120 ml.  It's as the name already suggests a really nourishing product that can be used all over your body! It's creamy, rich and spreads easily, the texture is easy to work with and I love to use it just as a hand cream or on my legs and arms, especially areas where I have dry skin. Also it's a very good body balm to use after shaving your legs for example, as it helps regenerate your skin and make it nourished and silky smooth. In warmer months this might be a bit too oily, but I started testing this at the beginning of September and it worked just fine. I believe it's a great product for the upcoming colder months! Again, the product should last you up to 3 months, but I believe I will finish it up sooner. 

I love the scent of it, lavander essential oil is very strong here but I love it! My boyfriend however sometimes claims the scent is too strong, but only someone who doesn't like lavander scent much would comment like this. If you love anything lavander scented this is a must try! Also the ingredients making sure your skin is well pampered are 100% raw organic virgin coconut oil, jojoba oil, 100% organic and unrefined shea butter and beeswax :) This really just melts between my fingers and you don't need much of it for one use, for example, when I use it as a hand cream, I only need one drop, gently massage it into my hands and also around my nails, wait a couple of minutes and it sinks in! Really, it doesn't leave any greasy feeling or shine on your skin, unless you apply too much. I find it better to take a bit and spread it on and than see if you need some more, because usually you don't! Once it gets into contact with the warmth of your skin a size of one drop of the product will get you far! 

Also, this is my favourite packaging of them all! It looks so rustic and vintage and well, fits with the concept and lavander scent and all, really love it! I keep this on my desk, right next to my laptop at all times as I love to use it on daily basis! My skin is well nourished and heals a lot faster (I had a lot of scratched mosquito bites and that needed some more care). You can also get this product in Healing Calendula body butter version :) The second version has a different texture and is actually meant for very, very dry skin, those with dermatitis as it has better healing properties thanks to Calendula macerated oil. Especially good for those with sensitive skin and can be applied to face or body!

Another product that has taken residence on my desk is Calendula & Shea Kiss lip balm. It contains 15 ml of the product. It has a slight Calendula scent, but a pleasant one, it's got a hard texture and I usually just help myself get it out with my nails, just enough for a tip of a knife and spread it on my lips with the help of my fingers. Once it melts on my lips it's got a light texture, it's not sticky, it feels comfortable. It gives my lips  a bit of shine, until the product sinks into the lips. Also can be used as a lip balm or as a remedy for any other dry patches you might have anywhere on your body. It's base is organic shea butter, coconut oil and beeswax and than added homemade calendula macerated oil. It's a great product especially for colder months and a great first aid remedy for dry lips and any other dry patches you might have. I have been using it on my face a bit, because I had a couple of dry patches from my previous acne, and it did help my skin regenerate faster and eliminate my dry spots. As for the lips, they seem to really like this lip balm, it's gentle, non greasy and effective. You can also try Pure Organic Shea butter :) Also lasts about up to three months :) My lips have been feeling a lot less dry this past month, I believe they really liked this lip balm!

I have also tried two products for showering, called Herbal one-time shower pack in I love Coconut & Lavander and Fresh as a Peppermint shower gel.  These two are a bit different than your average shower gels! These herbal shower packs come packaged in a recycled paper and once you unwrap it inside you see a small round tin that resembles the size of lip balm with butters and oils and a big tea bag! Sounds interesting, doesn't it? I bet you are wondering how you use it! Don't throw away the wrapping paper just yet, there are instructions how to use written on it! 

First you need a bigger cup, about half a liter will do it. You boil 250 ml of water and pour it over a tea bag. You need to steep it for at least 5 minutes, but can leave it in longer, for lets say maximum 15 minutes (don't forget it, as you need the water to remain hot for the second part!). The longer you leave it in the stronger the scent and colour of your tea. Than you add the oils and butters mix that comes in the tin and stir! After it is completely melted you can add some cold water into the cup, as you prefer, to even the temperature of your shower gel and you are good to go get a shower! I wouldn't let it cool off, as the oils and butter will cool and stick together again and you need your shower gel to be liquid.  These herbal shower gels can be used for shaving as well, just pour it over your legs for example and shave. The mixture will provide a thin, pleasant barrier between the skin, prevent irritations and nourish it. 

You can choose from four different ones - I have tried two, the other two are Lavander shower gel and Refreshing Orange/Bergamot shower gel. They are really different and take a bit of time to prepare, so they may not appeal to the lazy ones, me included, but it's really easy to prepare it and you only need about maximum 10 to 20 minutes before you go under shower. I have not used it for shaving, just as a shower pack and I really liked it! The Coconut & Lavander one smelled really lovely and nourished my skin really well, no greasy residue on my skin, just slightly scented smooth skin. The second one I have tried, the Peppermint one, smelled like heaven, really refreshed me and woke up my senses. It's  a really interesting twist to anything I have tried so far, plus it's all natural. 

The Coconut& Lavander one is based, as the name already suggests, on organic coconut butter. lavander essential oil, dried calendula and lavander flowers (in the tea bag). The Peppermint one is based on sweet almond oil, peppermint essential oil and dried mint leaves (tea bag). Easy ingredients and a whole new experience! With the Coconut& Lavander one it took me some more work to stir it up, as I needed the butter to melt well, with oils it's a bit easier but still need to be stirred well. Also with the Peppermint one you can leave your tea bag a bit longer to steep, up to 20 minutes, if you want stronger scent. Plus be careful when you open the oils mix, as you can spill some of it out on the desk, as I did, clumsy me! Anyway, I have really loved these two herbal shower packs, they were something I have never tried before and I would love to use again!

So, what makes these products great? They are natural, organic, handmade, packaged in recycled containers and paper. A big bonus are the playful names of the products and easy and clear instructions how to use a certain product - and all that handwritten! What could be better? I see this as a great idea I hope will blossom into something more and also a great line of products to give as gifts (for those of you already thinking what to get for this years Christmas)! :)
