Pozdravljeni! Tudi pri Oriflame so se odločili, da bodo sledili trendu mat šmink. Kolekcija The ONE po novem ponuja izdelke pod imenom Lip Sensation Matte Mousse. Kot že ime pove, gre za mousse teksturo in ne klasično mat šminko ali klasičen glos/tekočo šminko z mat zaključkom. Izdelek je na voljo v kar  desetih različnih odtenkih! Poskusila sem dva odtenka in sicer Rouge Suede ter Soft Mulberry, kako sta se odrezala pa preberite v nadaljevanju!

Review: LANCÔME - Lip Lover Ultimate Lip Perfector 316 Rose Attrape-Coeur :)

Hello! It's been too long since I last posted a review for a lip product and I am coming back to you with a gorgeous product - Lancôme Lip Lover Ultimate Lip Perfector in shade 316 Rose Attrape-Coeur! I have a mini version that sadly contains only 3 ml of this amazing lip product, but it's one of my all time favourites! These have been on the market for some time now, nothing new, but I kinda fell in love with the whole Lancôme concept and brand and all with this product. Actually this has been my first product by them!

I can not say if this mini version is still available, but I am sure you can get it in gift sets along with mascara and some other products. The full size is 4,5 ml and the price is about 22 euros, depends where you buy it, for example you can get it at Salma.si or FeelUnique.

The packaging is simple silver tube, feels a bit plastic, with classic Lancôme rose sign at the top. Opens up with a twist of the cap and contains a classic doe foot applicator, which I like, but find it as nothing special. It also includes a clear window on the front to show the colour of the product. 

This is a liquid lipstick kind of product and it's supposed to offer a 3-in-1 effect - the shine of lipgloss, the colour intensity of a lipstick and the comfort of a lip balm. The formula is a bit thicker compared to the usual glosses. It has a dual-phase formulation which breaks into two layers upon application - upper layer is glossy and shiny, gives transparency and a plumping effect and the second layer of oil and pigment provides with balmy base so the colour pigments adhere to the lips. The scent of this gloss is a bit different than I am used to, reminds me mostly of something cosmetic, but can't really describe it. Some other bloggers claimed that the scent of these reminded them of skincare products by Lancôme, which I can not yet confirm as I have not tried anything from them yet. Application is easy thanks to the doe foot applicator, which has a nice shape, just flat enough and with a pointy tip so you can really get a precise application. The big bonus is this is really good at moisturizing my lips, feels very comfortable to wear!

The shade 316 Rose Attrape-Coeur is a very gentle shade, more like a "my lips but better" shade, which I fell in love instantly. In the packaging this looks a lot more pink and strong than it actually looks on my lips. When applied this looks very much like the shade of my lips but just enhances them some more. It's a very creamy shade, but still in a liquid glossy formula.  It's also contains some shimmer, but it's very fine and subtle, spotted only on direct sunlight. I usually need to apply one coat and than just go over in the center of my lips to add some more colour.  If I apply this too heavily the shimmer likes to gather in any lines or cracks I might have on my lips. The shade itself is a really gorgeous every day shade - a subtle watermelon pink, very warm but light. Can be worn with almost any makeup look or just on it's own. 

To sum up, I really love this shade and the fact that I can use it for any kind of occassion, work day or for going out and it always looks superb! I also got many compliments while wearing this lip product and that's saying something! I will not claim that this is the best I have ever tried, but so far I must say this has not let me down, not even once. The lasting power could be a bit better though, lasts me only about 3 hours, but still I find the shade so good I am very keen on trying some more shades. Though these are on the pricey side, some beauty bloggers recommended you can also try NYX Mega Shine Lipglosses that also have a very similar formula but are a lot more affordable. I however do not own anything quite like this one, the closest to it are my Revlon lip glosses, which you should also try! ;) If you have tried any of the Lip Lovers, which ones impressed you? Review: Essence - Liquid lipstick in 06 Make a statement

Hello! Just a quick stop before I go all Christmas-y and such... Every brand seems to be offering liquid lipsticks lately  and Essence released five shades this Autumn. These promise to be a 2 in 1, give you the coverage of a lipstick and a shine of a lip gloss. The packaging reminds me a lot of Dior Fluid Stick, with a  lipstick bullet shape within the centre. This Essence Make A Statement liquid lipstick has waited for so long to be talked about! Really, I tried to post about it sooner but oh well, here we are! Have you already tried these lipsticks?

Packaging, price - The packaging is clear plastic, sturdy and won't break even if it falls. This is actually very good for me, I tend to drop stuff on a regular basis. It contains  4 ml of product and once opened lasts for another 18 months. The applicator is classic, doe-foot, it's maybe a bit more narrow than usually, but that just helps you get a more precise application. Price is about three euros, I think.

Texture, application, scent, longevity -  This has a nice formula, it's not sticky, but it is a bit heavy on my lips. It doesn't crease or stick to my dry patches which I like a lot! Application is easy, applies more like a gloss and is very opaque, one layer of this could be enough. It's got a slight scent, sweet one and also tastes a bit sweet. Doesn't bother me thou. It's not  a long lasting product and on me this lasted for about an hour or maybe two, but it doesn't survive eating or drinking. However it wore off evenly,  faded well and didn't leave any patches or such. If you don't mind reapplying this regularly, than you should give it a go!

Shade, pigmentation, finish - The shade variety is actually pretty limited, so I chose the darkest shade as this one was the only one I really liked, it's called 06 Make A Statement. It's a red(ish) - brown  shade. I find the shade perfect for warmer skin tones. Pigmentation is really good, I am impressed that I only need one layer to get the full shade and even at that! The finish is glossy, shiny. Some may describe these as more of a pigmented lip gloss than a liquid lipstick and I would agree with them. The shade does leave a stain on your lips after wear, so even when you eat and such and it wears off, you still have a bit of shade on you. The swatches are a bit lighter than the actual shade, but still I must say the shade on me looks this light and not at all the dark berry redish brown shade it looks in the packaging. Anyway, it's the darkest shade available from the bunch.

Review: Oriflame - Giordani Gold Iconic Liquid Lipstick :)

Hello! Let's talk some lip products, shall we? I have realised that the amount of my lip products and the number of reviews don't really match and that I really should post some more lippies review, so here I am starting new wave of posts with Oriflame Giordani Gold Iconic Liquid Lipstick in shades Rose Petal and Raspberry Blush.

I have bought these two myself, one from the catalog when they first came out, about a year ago and the other shade online, through a second hand online shop where I got lucky and was able to buy the new product. The prices were about 5 to 6 euros when I bought the first one, but it was a reduced price, I can not say how much it is at the moment because the product doesn't seem available at the slovenian site. Anyway, it's a regular drugstore price for a liquid lipstick, but cheaper than let's say L'Oreal. The product comes packed in a golden box and than in elegant tube with golden cap and black tube. And of course matching golden writing. On the bottom you have a sticker with the name of the shade and it's in the matching shade, so you can instantly grab the desired shade without reading the name. Each contains 4.5 ml of product  and once opened should be good for another 6 months, but I have had it for longer and it's still just fine :)

And ingredients:

The applicator of these liquid lipsticks is pretty good and easy to use, with a tiny hole in the middle, to contain some more product, the applicator really fits well with my lips. Application is easy, one swipe all over lips could already be enough, but I prefer a bit stronger colour so I tend to go over twice.  

The formula is well liquidy, very liquidy. I would prefer it to be a bit more thick but this seems to work just as well. Because of it's formula it gives you an easy chance to build up the colour. The pigmentation is pretty good, considering the formula, it very well pigmented and with careful application one swipe would be enough, but I usually go for two swipes and full on colour.

When it starts to fade away, it doesn't fade evenly and needs some more attention, as it's really not looking good. Half your lips very lightly stained and half your lips still with the right amount of the product, so you need to be more careful and check more often your lips. It also likes to transfer if you are eating or drinking, it really never survives that. 

I have two shades. First one is Rose Petal. At first I didn't like the shade as it was just too light pale pink, or at least so it looked at first on me, but with more regular use I really learned to love the shade. It's a very every day shade, can be worn for any occasion, but really looks best in day time with some natural eye makeup look. It's a light rose colour and on the lips it tends to look darker at leats on me. It's very translucent and if you have your natural lip shade a strong pink this won't look pale on you at all. But when I first tried it I had really pale lips and this also looked very light on me and I didn't like it. But now I actually love this one, such an every day on the go lippie that suits everything. I just need to rub my lips a bit to give them some blood flow and that's it.

The second shade I have is Raspberry Blush. I imagined this shade to be a bit more like raspberries,  a bit less red, so my first impression was well ok it's a lovely product but I hoped the sahde would be more...fuchsia like. Than I learned to love this shade as it's a perfect summer shade! It's strong and vibrant and maybe not for everyone, especially if you are afraid of strong and bold colours on your lips but it really does look pretty awesome. It is more reddish than pink-fuchia like but still looks very vibrant and like a strong fresh punch of colour. I find it really great to compliment your summer dress.

All in all, these are pretty good, especially I have really grown to like the shades and the applicator. I only wish they had a better lasting power, as this on me lasts about two hours and already needs some touch ups. Anyway, I am liking the liquid formula more and more, especially in the hot weather as it's not sticky at all and feels like I have nothing on my lips. If you can still buy them I would definitely recommend them to you!
